We had an excellent NYE this year. We spent a few days with Erin and Bryant up at their cabin. It was awesome. Time totally stands still up in Briggsville, WI and after the busy Christmas week, we really needed that. Hayden slept like a champ up there, too, which aided our relaxation.
We didn't do much. One day we took Hayden out and pulled her around on a sled. She loved it, but I don't have any pics - they're on Steve's phone. We brought up some of Hayden's new Christmas toys for her to play with. It took her awhile to warm up to the idea of going into her new tent, but eventually she ventured in (after mom threw all of her toys in there and she had no choice).

We had an outing to the butcher shop for some nice steaks for the boys to grill up for NYE dinner followed by a trip to Wal-Mart for the remaining dinner ingredients where two awesome things happened: 1. we saw the most awesome mini van in the parking lot and 2. me, Hayden, and Auntie Erin took a ride on a Winnie the Pooh ride.

Later that day we went into the Dells for a little beer, pizza, and bowling. So fun!

After Hayden went down for the night, it didn't take long for the Droese sisters to get comfy in our jammies. Our late dinner was delicious and was followed by some fun games and midnight smooches.

Thanks, Erin and Bryant for such a fun weekend!
