Winters are long around here and having a toddler cooped up in a house all day long can be a challenge. Just before Christmas we took a trip downtown to visit the Milwaukee Public Museum and bought a family membership so we have another option for those long winter days. Hayden still talks about visiting the butterfly exhibit and she loved running up and down the stairs in the rain forest exhibit. But her favorite part was visiting the little candy shop in the Streets of Wisconsin and sharing a licorice rope with Mom.
