San Fran and Napa

When Steve and I were married 6  years ago, we promised each other we'd go away together for our anniversary every year. So far, we've done a pretty good job of keeping that promise. This year was no exception. We had an awesome trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley a few weeks ago. Thanks to my Mom and Auntie Mary for helping care for Hayden while we were away and to Emily and Erin and Bryant for awesome recommendations for our trip!
