Summer in Milwaukee

We had an iconic Milwaukee summer weekend last weekend - hitting up both Miller Park and Summerfest.

We took Hayden to her first Brewer's game on Saturday with a group of friends. It was so fun to see Hadyen's excitement when Bernie Brewer slid down his slide to celebrate a Brewers home run and again to celebrate a winning final score. She really enjoyed prying peanuts out of the shell and playing in the great Kid's Zone they have at the ballpark.

On Sunday, Steve and I saw one of our favorite bands at Summerfest and enjoyed a fun evening together walking around the festival grounds and spending a lot of time up in the air - both on the new carousel and the sky glider. I am so glad we can find the time to continue to have date nights and enjoy live music together as often as we do.
