Off the Charts!

I took Hayden for her 18-month checkup on Wednesday last week. She's 32 inches tall and weighs 26 pounds. She's in the 75th percentile for weight which is where she's been practically since she's been born. However, she was literally OFF THE CHARTS for height at this appointment!

She's been so incredibly fun lately, aside from her being sick last week. She is saying so many words and her funny personality is really starting to shine. She can say so many words now, it's amazing. Her favorites include "oh no," "happy," "mamma," "dadda," "bow," "bowl," "water" (sounds like 'wa wa'), "door," "uh oh," "apple," "thank you," etc. She has even started to say some of those words that I fear will emerge during the 'terrible twos' stage: "no" and "mine."

Lately we've been having fun at home with this big colorful tube that she can crawl through. It was part of a tent that was given to Hayden for Christmas by Auntie Mary and Uncle Ross. She was afraid of going into the tube back in December but we pulled it out recently and she loves it. We leave it disconnected from the tent and she pulls it all around the house. One day I found it here:

But mostly she crawls through it in the hallway like this:
