We're On a Boat!

Last weekend we were invited (along with Kramers and Roemkes) to celebrate Tom Fanning's 40th birthday at a cabin up in Shawano, WI. The cabin turned out to be more of a gigantic home on a lake with everything a person could think of in terms of ammenities. Speed boat, check. Kayaks, check. Stand-up paddle boards, paddleboat, water skis, tubes, great beach, fun, friends...check, check, check!!!

We spent almost the entire weekend out on the boat in the water, pulling kids (and some grown-ups!) on tubes, water skiing (well, trying!), and dropping the anchor for a swim. It was one of the best summer weekends I can remember.

Hayden, Carmen, and Charlie spent almost the entire weekend either on the boat or in the water in front of the cabin.
