What We've Been Up To

Hayden is officially over a month old now. I can't believe it - the time has gone so quickly.

The first two weeks, we pretty much just stayed home (with the exception of a few visits with our doctor and lactation consultant). We enjoyed the time that the three of us had home together as much as we could considering the two main things that Hayden is supposed to do - eat and sleep - were challenging for us.

Since Steve's been back at work, Hayden has gotten better at eating and sleeping so we've been able to venture out a bit more. I'm even confident feeding her outside of the house now which allows us to be away from home for more than the 2 hour stretch I get between feedings.

Here's a quick summary of some of the things we've been doing...

Visiting Grandma and Grandpa Rech

Waiting for Hayden's pediatrician

Spending quality time with Daddy after work

Sleeping in Great-Grandma's lap

Stretching

Taking Great Grandma to radiation appointments

Taking Great Grandma to chemotherapy appointments

Going for walks in Whitefish Bay

Having coffee with Mom at Alterra

Grocery shopping
